1. CBD is most effective when taken everyday. We recommend 4-5 drops up to 3 times a day.
2. Drop under the tongue and hold for 60 seconds before swallowing or in your coffee/hot drink is a great way to take your daily CBD dosage.
3. Each drop is approximately 5mg, the recommended 15 drops daily (dropper-full) is 75mg. We recommend you don't exceed 80mg per day.
