Extra Strength Tincture Instructions
1. Shake well before use.
2. Fill the dropper to desired amount.
3. Administer oil by dropping directly under your tongue, hold for 15-30 seconds and then swallow.
Suggested use for adults with Rosebud 1000mg CBD oil is 0.5mL once or twice a day.

0.5mL 33mg CBD
0.75mL 50mg CBD
1mL 67mg of CBD
