1. Shake well before use.                      
2. Place a half dropper or more under your tongue and hold for 20 seconds, then swallow.
3. Alternatively,  add a half dropper to your morning smoothie or after-lunch coffee to stay present and feel sharp all day long.  
4. For optimal results, use 1-2 times per day for at least a week.
