1. Shake well before use.
2. Fill the dropper to desired amount.
3. Administer oil by dropping directly under your tongue, hold for 15-30 seconds and then swallow.
Suggested use is 0.5ml once or twice a day. 0.5ml = 33mg CBD

I wish I could soak in this CBD, it's beautiful. MCT brain food, & doesn't contain that high chlorophyll flavor most high dose CBDs. This is my second purchase of this product and I shall continue to be a supporter of this
